北京矿通资源开发咨询有限责任公司是国土资源部认定的经济鉴证类社会中介机构，公司法定代表人袁宗仪教授（董事长）。
公司具有探矿权、采矿权评估资质和矿产资源勘查开采登记申请代理资质，其资质证书分别为国土资源部颁发的（矿权评资[2002]001号）和（国矿代资质020号）。
业务范围： 探矿权采矿权评估，矿产资源储量评审咨询，编制矿山开发土地复垦方案，矿产资源勘查开采代理，矿产资源开发利用方案审查，矿产资源规划编制，矿业权转让中介，矿业政策法规及技术咨询。
机构设置： 矿业权评估部、勘查开发咨询部、土地复垦部、资源规划与开采策划部、综合财务部。公司在全国14个城市设有分部或分公司。

Staff
Kuangtong is presently composed of 19 full-time professionals and 9 part-time experts specialized in the mining industry. Dozens of elites register formally in Kuangtong, including 13 Certified Mining Rights Appraisers, 4 Certified Public Valuers, 7 Certified Mineral Reserve Appraisers, 1 Certified Public Accountant. All the full-time staff graduated from universities, and among whom, 5 persons are with master’s degree (one was educated abroad), 2 with doctoral degree, 16 with senior professional titles. The professional background of the staff are all mining-related, such as geological exploration, mining, mineral separation, exploration engineering and economics. President Yuan Zongyi was among the first obtainers of Government Special Allowance and of high prestige in geology and mining circle.

Achievements
In the last 5 years, we developed business all over China. Till now, we have accomplished more than 1700 mining rights valuation projects (among which, 58 projects were related to listed companies or listed companies-to-be), with a valuation total sum adding up to RMB 70 billion. We have also submitted 10 land reclamation reports.
We are always observing the Constitution, regulations, laws and morality; carrying out national industrial policies; focusing on principles of “independence, objectiveness, reality, impartiality, justice”; aiming at “fine prestige, reliable quality and excellent service”.
