公司具有探矿权采矿权评估资质和矿产资源勘查开采登记申请代理资质，其资质证书分别为国土资源部颁发的（矿权评资[2002]001号）和（国矿代资质020号）。

Business scope:Examination and appraisal of mineral reserves and resources;assessments of mineral exploration and mining righths;proxy of applying for registrations of mineral resources exploration and mining;intermediary service on ownership transfer of mineral exploration and mining rights; scheme service,investmen and technical conltatios on minerals development; to introduce and circulate funds for risk exploration and development of mineral occurrences;exanination on mineral development plan; drawing up mineral resources development and utilization program; and consultations on law,regulation,and policy about mining industry and etc.. The company has 13 exploration and mining rights assessors recorded at the company , 4 Certified Public Valuers , 7 registered mineral reserve assessors , 1 certified accountant . The sole duty employees all graduated from universities , whose professions cover geological exploration ,mining , mineral separation , exploration engineering , among whom 5 are Masters ,2 Doctors , 16 have senior technical title .
